New Hire Reporting

New Hire reporting is the process mandated by federal law by which you, as an employer, report information on newly hired employees to a designated state agency within twenty days of the date
of hire.

  • Our system makes it easy to hire an employee by using the New Employee Wizard provided with MelonPays software. Each new hire you perform will appear on the New Hire Report.
  • MelonPays will transmit all new hires to the appropriate states on behalf of the client in order to maintain compliance with current legislation.
