Q: If I use the web based system, do I have to sacrifice any functionality?
A: No, the following features are available: payroll data entry including convenient and customizable per-batch and per-check data entry, as well as time clock file import and manual check capability. Full access to company and employee level information including pay history. Access to all standard and custom reports. Reports are run at payentry.com and provided to the client in PDF format for easy downloading, viewing, printing, and saving.
Q: How secure is our web based product?
A: Very secure, we use a 128 bit encryption between client web browser and web server that prevents eavesdropping. SSL certificate authentication prevents impersonation of payentry.com web site.
Q: So what don’t we do?
A: We do not disclose client information to other service bureaus or third parties.
